After making a reservation using Hotel’s website, you will receive a booking confirmation e-mail.
Reservation of a room is usually valid until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival, and in the event of a late arrival please inform the Hotel, because otherwise we cannot guarantee the validity of the reservation unless it was paid in advance.
CHANGING THE RESERVATION

Reservations can be canceled according to the conditions stated in the reservation offer.
In the event that the User does not cancel the confirmed booking on time or the guest does not arrive at the Hotel without prior cancellation of the reservation, the User is obligated to pay the cancellation fee as follows:
Up to 3 reserved rooms
- 24 hours or more days prior to the scheduled arrival of guests without cancellation fee
- on the day of the announced arrival of guests or in the case of an unrealized reservation, the Hotel charges 100% of the price of the first overnight stay
- in the case of special package – Hotel will charge all amount for all services
From 4 to 9 reserved rooms
- 14 days and more prior to the scheduled arrival without cancellation fee
- Within 14 days ( 13-0 ) and no show 100 % of the price of the first overnight stay per room

Within the cancellation period, we may charge you for the first overnight stay per accommodation unit. When cancelling a reservation after the cancellation period, the Hotel reserves the charged amount.

EARLIER CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT – according to availability with supplemment fee
- Guest registration at the Hotel is done on the basis of a valid IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT. Processed information includes: the date and time of arrival, the date and time of departure, the type and number of identity document, first and last name, gender, residence (state and city) , country of birth, city of birth (when born in Croatia), date of birth, citizenship (country), sojourn tax category, arrival organization and type of service. Data is collected on the basis of applicable legal provisions. More information on the personal data processing and protection can be found at:
- The accommodation fee is charged during check-in at the hotel, if the reserved services were not paid for in advance.
- Using additional services and putting charge to a room is an option that a guest can opt for during check-in at the Hotel, if he or she wishes to use Hotel's additional services (wellness, mini bar, restaurant, bar...) during his or hers stay, put charges to a room and pay at check-out. If a guest wishes to use this option, he or she needs to complete an authorization form with card details, or set a card pre-authorization amount, during check-in at the Hotel. After completing the payment for all Hotel’s services, the authorization form is destroyed and pre-authorization deleted. If a guest does not want to use the option of putting extra charges to a room, Hotel's additional services can always be used and paid for by cash or card at each point of sale within the Hotel (wellness, restaurant, bar).
LATE CHECK IN
Please, inform hotel of approx. arrival time and in case of late arrival, after 6.oo p.m, infomation is obligated to keep the room if it is not guaranteed with payment in advance or card.

CHECK-IN WITHOUT A RESERVATION
For check-ins without prior reservations, prices and conditions apply according to the valid HRK price list located at the reception desk.
The accommodation tax is not included in the price and is compliant with the Croatian Law on the Sojourn Tax.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CHILDREN
Persons under the age of 18 are considered children.
Reservations for children between 0 and 6,99 years of age without an extra bed in the parents’ room, on the basis of a bed and breakfast service, are free of charge.
Reservations for children from 7 to 11,99 years of age in a double room with both parents without an extra bed, the additional charge for a bed and breakfast service is 105 HRK per day.
For children between 12 and 18 years of age, services are charged as for an adult.
Cribs for children up to 3 years of age are free of charge and upon request.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PETS
Hotel Aristos accepts pets – dogs – at an extra cost and with a comfort room reservation only. When making a reservation, guests are required to provide accurate information on the breed. After confirming the reservation, the owner automatically accepts full responsibility for the pet. Surcharge for pet – dog is 225 HRK (30 euros). During his or her stay, the owner is required to comply with the House Rules and respect the ban on pets entering the Hotel's catering facilities and the ban on releasing or leaving pets without supervision on Hotel's premises.
